User Agreement

1. Introduction
   This user agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the services provided through the IndiaRummyFun.com website and associated software. By using any of the Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

   Prohibited activities include money laundering, posting offensive content, and engaging in harmful behavior.

   Users agree to abide by the Game Rules as published on the Site and accept the Company’s determinations of game results.

10. System Failures
    The Company is not liable for losses due to technical failures or disruptions but will refund amounts for canceled games.

11. Intellectual Property
    The Company owns all rights to the Services, Site, and Software, and users access User-generated Content at their own risk.

12. Breach and Consequences
    The Company may take action in response to breaches of the Agreement or harmful behavior.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
    The Company’s liability is limited, and users agree to indemnify the Company against claims related to their use of the Services.

14. Disclaimer
    The Company disclaims liability for issues arising from game participation, third-party transactions, and User-generated Content.

15. Warranty

16. Additional Charges

17. Use of Services

18. Collusion and Fraud Prevention

19. Refunds

    Users can terminate their Account at any time by notifying the Company at info@indiarummyfun.com.
