Generally, we do not offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website due to the nature of the goods and services we provide. With proper measures in place to keep you informed of all the actions you take, we minimize human error to a great extent. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased and have not fully used it, you may request a refund within 2 working days on a case-by-case basis. You may need to provide intent and prove your inability to understand the actions taken during your purchase. Upon successful assessment, you may be eligible for a full, partial, or no reimbursement within 30 working calendar days of your purchase.

After the 2 working day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Games Cancellation Settlement Policy

In the event a Rummy Cash Game is cancelled due to technical issues or unfair gameplay, the following settlement policy will apply:

Points Rummy Cash Games:

If a Points Rummy Cash Game is cancelled, the table balance of each player will be restored to the amount at the start of the cancelled game and credited back to their account. This also applies to Points Rummy Cash Games where collusion or cheating is detected, along with any further action taken against players involved in such activities, as per our Terms.

Pool Rummy Cash Games:

In the event of cancellation of a Pool Rummy Cash Game, the entry fees (minus our service charge) paid by players eliminated before the cancellation will be equally distributed among the remaining players. In cases of collusion or cheating, the entry fee paid by other players will be refunded, and the entry fee paid by the players involved in collusion will be handled according to our Terms, along with any other necessary actions.

Tournaments:

• Free Entry Promotional Tournaments: If a Free Entry Promotional Tournament is cancelled, the India Rummy Fun Operations Team may choose from one of the following settlement options:

  1. Void the tournament – The tournament will be cancelled, and any entry tickets used by players will be returned.
  2. Settle prizes only for the current round – The prize pool for the cancelled round will be distributed equally among players qualifying from the last completed round. If tickets are part of the prize pool, they will be awarded to qualifiers from the last completed round.
  3. Settle prizes for all future rounds – The prize pool for all remaining rounds will be distributed equally among the players qualifying from the last completed round, and if tickets are awarded, they will be given to the qualifiers.

• Cash Tournaments: From the entry fee pool, India Rummy Fun will collect a service charge from players eliminated up to the last completed round. The remaining amount will be equally distributed among the players qualifying from the last completed round. If tickets are part of the prize pool for the cancelled round, they will be awarded to the qualifiers.

Deals Rummy Cash Games:

In the event of cancellation of a Deals Rummy Cash Game, the entry fees (minus the service charge) paid by players eliminated prior to the cancellation will be equally distributed among the remaining players. In cases of collusion or cheating, the entry fees paid by other players will be refunded, and the entry fees paid by players involved in collusion will be handled as per our Terms, along with any necessary actions.
