However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have not fully used the product, you may request a refund within 2 working days. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and you may need to:

1. Provide your intent for the refund.
2. Prove your inability to understand the actions taken during the purchase.

Upon a successful assessment, you may be eligible for a full, partial, or no reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After 2 working days, no refund requests will be entertained.

Games Cancellation Settlement Policy

If a Rummy Cash Game is cancelled due to technical issues or unfair gameplay, the following settlement policies will apply:

1. Points Rummy Cash Games:

   • The table balance of each player will be restored to the amount at the start of the cancelled game and credited back to their account.
   • In cases of collusion or cheating, affected players will receive refunds, and actions will be taken against violators as per our Terms.

2. Pool Rummy Cash Games:

   • Entry fees (minus the service charge) paid by eliminated players before cancellation will be equally distributed among the remaining players.
   • If collusion or cheating is detected, entry fees paid by non-violating players will be refunded, and fees from violators will be managed according to our Terms.

3. Tournaments:

   • Free Entry Promotional Tournaments:

     • Void the tournament: Entry tickets will be returned.
     • Settle prizes for the current round: The prize pool for the cancelled round will be distributed equally among qualifying players from the last completed round.
     • Settle prizes for future rounds: The prize pool for all remaining rounds will be distributed equally among players qualifying from the last completed round.

   • Cash Tournaments:

     • Service charges will be collected from players eliminated up to the last completed round.
     • Remaining funds will be equally distributed among players qualifying from the last completed round.

4. Deals Rummy Cash Games:

   • Entry fees (minus the service charge) paid by eliminated players prior to cancellation will be equally distributed among the remaining players.
   • In cases of collusion or cheating, refunds will be issued to non-violating players, and violators’ entry fees will be handled as per our Terms.
